- Project Details: Mary bought a traditional stone cottage in this pretty village as a second home and intended to restore it to its former glory. We produced new sashes for the front, and Mary was able to renovate and restore the other windows, which had been less exposed to the weather. She was thrilled with the result, especially the thermal regulation and soundproofing, as the cottage does front onto the main high street.

Peter was thrilled to have such efficient performance but still be able to restore the house to its period authenticity.

I inherited a traditional Leeds terraced house from my aunt and set about renovating it as a project with the aim of either selling it or renting it out to students. This company were recommended to me by a work colleague, and I couldn’t be more pleased with either their service or the product. We have a long lease on a former industrial building in Leeds city centre, and the idea was to convert it into a music studio so people could rent space as they needed. I wanted original style windows (in fact, I don’t think the Listings Officer would have let me have anything else!), but thermal regulation was essential – some of the spaces are huge – and obviously, noise control too. This company were excellent and understood the challenges of this unique space plus, they liaised with the Listings Officer on the finer detail, which went over my head.

Our specialist trade department is happy to quote for supply only with some unbeatable prices. Plus, we can also walk you through the installation process with one of the expert team from our sister company, William Richards if this is the first time you have fitted sliding sash windows.

Do you offer discounts for large orders?
Within the bespoke manufacture timber windows sector, we believe our prices are pretty competitive already for the quality of product and service we offer. However, we will always try and work within customer budgets without sacrificing quality, and we can provide flexible payment terms and finance. We will look to discount large window orders for owners with more than one property, like commercial landlords or developers.
