- Project Details: We were invited to tender by a construction company to create new sash windows as part of a joint Council and commercial regeneration project in the Belfast docklands. Numbers were large, and the actual windows themselves gigantic, but we were able to accommodate both the complexity and scale of this project with delivery ahead of time and on budget. The result is an authentic historical recreation with 21st-century soundproofing and thermal regulation, perfect for the planned mix of residential and commercial units.

- Project Details: A cottage restoration turned out to be more extensive than Mia thought. Part of this was opting to replace ugly and inefficient uPVC windows with authentic timber sliding sash windows. The results look amazing and also help with soundproofing as the cottage is roadside. The thermal regulation has reduced Mia’s heating bills, and at last, the building isn’t draughty.

What is the lead time on new sash windows in Belfast?

We always choose appropriate timber and work with a range of hardwoods offering quality and durability but minimal maintenance.
